Caroline has over 30 years professional experience of leading large transformation programmes. She has an MSc in Change from the University of Oxford / HEC Paris, and an MA from the University of Cambridge. Her qualifications include Management of Portfolios, Managing Successful Programmes and Prince II.

Recent roles include Head of Regulatory change Delivery and MiFID II Programme Director at large buy-side Asset Management Firms. Previously she spent 18 years in a large management consultancy firm. She consults at Board level to working within functional teams.
